Silvana was asked to head the Teaching Task Force for the American Contract Bridge League during the pandemic, and charged to spearhead the direction of teaching for the future and betterment of bridge. Check out the latest article about Silvana's teaching here.
Silvana and Rich have been recognized and featured in the ACBL Bridge Bulletin magazine many times for being dynamic recruiters, teachers, and outstanding club owners. In 2012, Silvana was awarded the ACBL's prestigious Nadine Wood Volunteer Award for volunteer work connecting bridge to the Alzheimer's Association. By 2020, her personal bridge club had raised over one million dollars for the Alzheimer's Association through bridge and the league and all clubs who got involved, have raised over 5 million dollars.

Now, they are hosting one of the most entertaining Bridge cruises and land tours all over the world. They pride themselves on keeping their bridge events stress-free and friendly, and their lessons, easy, engaging and fun!
They are currently writing a book to help other bridge instructors teach bridge, easier and faster, using their successful methods.
